Job summary

Allied Universal® in Sulphur, LA is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization Driver to serve clients across chemical and petrochemical sites. This driving role requires a valid driver's license and strong access-control skills to verify credentials and manage entry points.

You will monitor entry logs, respond to incidents, and maintain professional customer service while upholding Allied Universal’s values in a collaborative, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the job location state.
• (1+) year of law enforcement, or 2+ years security supervisor/manager, or 3+ years security experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide access-control procedures at a chemical/petrochemical site and deliver professional customer service.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access-control logs per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner using established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, points of entry, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Document observations and actions in required reports and communicate with site personnel.
