Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Jackson, TN. This full-time role monitors access, patrols areas, and supports badge procedures at a manufacturing and industrial location while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position offers a $19.00 hourly pay rate, night shifts, and opportunities to grow with a team guided by integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

At least two years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Background checks will be conducted in line with laws.
A drug screen may be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain logs and reports.
Report hazards, unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
