Alta Resource Technologies is seeking an IT & Productivity Lead in Boulder, CO to own the core digital workplace, security posture, and collaboration systems. You will manage endpoint and device administration, access controls, backups, and readiness for CUI under NIST SP 800-171.

You will drive productivity enablement with Workspace AI tools and lead the upcoming ERP implementation, reporting to the SVP of Operations while expanding scope and leadership as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive IT systems and digital workplace experience.
• Experience administering productivity platforms at scale (identity, security controls, data retention, DLP).
• Ownership of device/endpoint management (MDM/UEM) and user lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace interoperability.
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 and CUI readiness.
• Experience with productivity/engineering tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end administration, hardening, and continuous improvement of the productivity suite.
• Manage device/endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Establish least-privilege access, external sharing controls, and access reviews.
• Ensure backups, recovery, and data-loss prevention for workspace data.
• Configure interoperability between Office 365 and Google Workspace, and external partners.
• Lead implementation and adoption of Workspace AI tools and related security configurations.
• Lead ERP system selection, implementation, and ongoing administration.
• Provide responsive user support and maintain runbooks/training materials.
• Collaborate with SVP of Operations on roadmap and tooling decisions.
