Job summary

BAC is seeking a Lead for Workplace Technology Services to own the endpoint experience and lifecycle across devices, ensuring reliable, secure, and user-friendly workplace technology. You will drive standards, coordinate with procurement, and partner with IT and security teams to deliver a modern digital workplace.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of endpoint platforms and user experience across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's or equivalent experience acceptable).
• Minimum 6 years in digital workplace, end-user computing, or endpoint management, global experience preferred.
• Hands-on expertise with endpoint management platforms and device provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS environments and endpoint security controls.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint standards and device lifecycle across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune) for enrolment, profiles, compliance, and app deployment.
• Maintain asset records and ensure endpoint standardization for security and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate hardware sourcing and vendor relationships for workplace devices with procurement.
• Lead workplace technology projects and drive standardization, automation, and self-service.
