Job summary

Serval is seeking a Corporate Security Lead to define and execute a security strategy for endpoints, devices, and SaaS systems. You will build a scalable program, enforce least-privilege access, and lead a security team across IT, Engineering, and Infrastructure Security.

You will implement device trust, binary controls, and secure-by-default practices while partnering with stakeholders to shield a fast-growing enterprise from sophisticated threats.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with enterprise security focus.
• Experience securing Mac-native fleets and device management.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint security for the fleet and enforce secure baseline configurations.
• Lead device trust program and enforce least-privilege access across resources.
• Build and lead a SaaS security posture management practice for the company’s apps.
• Oversee workforce identity, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management across systems.
• Lead network security initiatives including zero-trust policies and 802.1x controls across offices.
