WATCH GUARD 24/7 is a leading security guard contractor in the NY Metropolitan area, known for its impeccable reputation and rapid growth in New York and New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as a Dispatcher, with responsibilities including answering phones and emails, and filling in posts when needed for call outs.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time schedule
  • Compensation: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Verify all employees have clocked in and out of duty
  • Complete roll calls
  • Receive call outs from employees, maintaining professionalism
  • Communicate with Field Inspectors and team members regarding officer situations
  • Locate relief for officers on post and report incidents per protocols
  • Handle email notifications professionally
  • Answer and make phone calls professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Win Team is a plus
  • Meet strict deadlines and understand operational reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years administrative experience, preferably in security
