Our Security and Emergency Services department is seeking an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to manage multiple Security & EMS systems from a central location. Responsibilities include dispatching emergency and routine calls, building rapport with residents and visitors through personalized customer service, and ensuring safety.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Track pertinent information during shifts and initiate incident reports
• Monitor Emergency Call System and Fire Alarm System
• Dispatch ambulance, private ambulances, or 911 as needed
• Track the status of residents involved in emergencies

What You Will Need

• Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or EMS preferred
• Ability to maintain composure and situational awareness during emergencies
• Effective communication skills with residents, visitors, and staff
