The order entry receptionist will be responsible for basic switchboard activities, receiving and entering service calls into our internal database, accepting work orders from customers’ and forwarding to the local dispatching hub. The Dispatcher will be expected to deliver highly effective, efficient communications over the phone, in person, and in writing, and have proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position is the bridge between the company’s service groups and customers and play an integral role in the company’s overall success. Experience in a similar high-paced, customer service environment is essential.
