Job summary

Pinkerton | Comprehensive Risk Management is seeking a Facilities Security Coordinator to oversee the security department at a client site and ensure compliance with security programs. You will supervise personnel, coordinate investigations, and maintain communication with management and external agencies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, with law enforcement, military, and/or security experience preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Facility Security Manager.
• Coordinate responses to requests for security and investigation services.
• Assist in coordinating and/or performing investigations as required.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the security department at the client site.
• Evaluate risk and ensure adequate coverage for client sites.
• Review and audit weekly billing and manage overtime scheduling.
• Oversee scheduling of security personnel for events and training.
• Inspect security posts and ensure post procedures and emergency listings are up to date.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate status of emergencies to management and client personnel.
