Chickasaw Nation’s Newcastle Casino seeks a Full Time Security Dispatch Supervisor to coordinate critical dispatch activities in Newcastle, OK. You will direct security personnel, respond to alerts, and maintain logs, reports and training for staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating with police, EMS, and fire, ensuring compliance with rules, and delivering professional customer service to guests and employees. Strong computer and typing skills are required.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of direct security-related experience.
  • Must be able to operate office equipment and use Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Description

We are currently looking for aFull Time Security Dispatch Supervisorto join our team located at Newcastle Casino.

Summary
Responsibilities
  • Dispatch all facility personnel to include but not limited to Lighthorse Police, emergency medical, and local fire department as requested by the security or management team
  • Contacts Security Officers by radio of any alerts received through the casino based software system including top prize payouts, machine tilt, machine open, or patron requesting assistance
  • Records all Security employee call-ins and submit to proper security management
  • Logs all dispatch calls (incoming/outgoing) and or electronic alerts
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Develops and maintains documentation as appropriate -- files, logs, records, reports, etc.
  • Maintains confidentiality, security, and integrity of data and information
  • Ensures employees and resources complete assigned training and development
  • Maintains knowledge of, follows, and enforces all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
  • Prepares weekly reports
  • Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
  • Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
  • Participates in candidate selection process
  • Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
  • Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
  • Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies

  • Monitors and ensures the safety of guests, employees and tribal assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental guidelines
  • Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and tribal assets
  • Follows guidelines to protect guests and employees in emergency situations such as inclement weather, fire, active shooter, etc.
