Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Valid BSIS Guard Card (California or equivalent).
• 2+ years in a security dispatch, control room, or front-line security operations.
• Proficient with radio dispatch systems, Microsoft Office, visitor management systems, and surveillance technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to communicate across multiple channels.
• Calm under pressure with quick, informed decision-making during emergencies.
• Excellent customer service and a professional image for guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and large events.

Responsibilities

• Security Dispatch Operations: Monitor emergency lines, radios, and surveillance feeds to detect and respond to incidents.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of calls, dispatches, incidents, and security responses.
• Employee Entrance (EE) Operations: Manage sign-in, bag checks, wristbands, and entrance controls.
• Emergency Support & Coverage: Be backup for Security Control during breaks and high-traffic events.
• Operate and train on Control Center functions including PA system, radio coordination, and alarms.
