Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL, located in Los Angeles, seeks a Security Supervisor (full-time) to oversee day-to-day security operations at the LA Convention Center. You will lead security staff across shifts, respond to incidents, and coordinate with guest services during large events.

Required are a high school diploma, 3+ years in security, and a valid CA Guard Card. The role demands flexible hours, strong communication, and a proactive approach to safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years security-related experience; Legends Global/AEG security experience valued.
• Valid CA State Guard Card.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security needs and calls for service with team and local law enforcement.
• Train, counsel, discipline, evaluate, and supervise Security personnel.
• Manage scheduling for Security Officers and Supervisors 24/7.
• Enforce policies; handle crowd management during events.
• Operate CCTV, Fire Control, radios, elevators, and lighting controls.
• Maintain employee/visitor ID program and coordinate with VP on policy updates.
