Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security program delivery across vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response readiness. You will oversee multiple delivery managers and drive strategic direction for scoping, prioritizing, and reporting at scale with alignment across engineering, policy, legal, and trust & safety teams.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of managing managers or leading multi-team organizations
• 10+ years of program or project management in security, trust and safety, risk or compliance domains
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, tooling, incident response)
• Experience leading cross-functional security programs (engineering, legal, policy, operations)
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives
• Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks in complex, multi-team workstreams
• Strong written communication of status and risk to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of security initiatives
• Define and drive multi-year strategy for security delivery operations
• Establish frameworks for scoping resourcing tracking and reporting across partners
• Partner with engineering, trust & safety, legal and infrastructure leadership
• Develop security delivery metrics dashboards and executive reporting
• Build and develop a high-performing program management team
• Identify systemic gaps and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and risk coverage
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination during high-severity events
• Evaluate tooling and automation to support tracking and cross-team coordination
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning and governance forums
