Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security programs across the company. You will oversee multiple delivery managers and drive initiatives spanning vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response readiness.

You will set the strategic direction for scoping, prioritizing, and delivering security work at scale, aligning engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety teams with Meta's security objectives.

Competenze

• 4+ years managing managers or multi-team groups
• 10+ years in program or project management focused on security, trust, and safety, or risk/compliance domains
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs such as vulnerability management, security tooling, or incident response coordination
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives
• Ability to communicate security program status and risk to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, tooling, and operational risk reduction
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning priorities with company strategy and risk posture
• Establish frameworks and operating models for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations partners
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery
• Oversee development and improvement of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Build and develop a team of program managers with accountability and continuous improvement in security delivery
• Identify gaps in security program execution and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and risk coverage
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination processes
• Evaluate and improve tooling and automation strategies supporting tracking and workflow
• Represent security delivery operations in strategic planning, headcount discussions, and governance forums
