Job summary

Commvault is seeking a Senior Security Culture Specialist to join our Security Culture team and help build, scale, and energize the programs that shape how every employee understands and practices security.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, this hands-on role owns the design and delivery of security awareness and engagement programs, including general awareness training, role-based training, special events, and the Security Champions program, and serves as the internal communications voice

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in security awareness, security culture, security communications, or a related discipline within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Experience running or supporting security awareness programs.
• Ability to translate concepts into engaging, non-technical content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead security culture programs end-to-end, including general security awareness training and role-based training.
• Design engaging learning content and campaigns that improve awareness and behavior.
• Plan phishing simulations and awareness initiatives year-round.
• Own and grow the Security Champions program with advanced content for security-minded staff.
• Serve as internal security communications lead and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, HR, Communications, and business teams to align messaging.
