Job summary

CentralReach seeks a Security Compliance Program Manager to own and drive the company’s overall compliance program. You will translate regulatory standards into actionable plans, build KPIs, and report to leadership in partnership with Information Security and Infrastructure teams.

You will lead third-party and internal audits (SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA attestation, privacy and security audits), develop automation for recurring processes, and evolve the program with cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Experience working with auditors in internal and external audits.
Ability to translate regulatory standards into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
Experience developing KPIs, metrics, and reporting cadences for leadership.
Familiarity with security monitoring, alerting, and incident response concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead third-party and internal audits (SOC 2 Type 2, HIPAA attestations, privacy audits, security audits).
Translate regulatory requirements into concrete action items for cross-functional teams.
Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure compliance program maturity and report to leadership.
Maintain the compliance/security Incident Response Plan and support on-call planning.
Identify and evaluate GRC tools to support the program.
