Commvault seeks a Senior Security Culture Specialist to design and deliver security awareness programs across the organization. You will own general and role-based training, plus campaigns that drive measurable improvements in security behavior.

You'll lead the Security Champions program and craft engaging content for diverse audiences, partnering with Security, Compliance, HR, and Communications to embed security in the employee experience. This is a remote-friendly role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in security awareness, security culture, or related discipline within technology or SaaS.
• Proven experience running or supporting security awareness programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead security culture programs end-to-end, including general and role-based training.
• Create engaging learning content and campaigns to improve security awareness.
• Drive Security Champions program with advanced content and engagement paths.
• Serve as internal communications lead for security across the company.
• Track metrics and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.
