Job summary

News Corp is seeking a Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Manager to lead the global security awareness program and support the GRC framework across the organization. You will design engaging training, manage phishing simulations, align content with standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, NIST CSF, and coordinate with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to uplift security culture globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Cyber Security, Technology Risk, or GRC with focus on Training and Awareness.
• Experience in cyber governance, risk, and compliance in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global cybersecurity awareness program including training materials and roadmap.
• Ensure content stays current with evolving threats and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Cyber Security, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and BISO teams to refresh materials.
• Manage phishing simulations with targeted campaigns and derive actionable metrics.
• Create role-based training for executives, finance, HR, developers, and privileged users.
