Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of specialized experience in Security Cooperation.
• Experience in Information Management and Security Cooperation community.
• Ability to conduct formal training in multiple formats (oral, visual, practical).
• Knowledge of USMC Security Cooperation Enterprise and related programs.
• Government discretion to accept certification or course completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and request external funding for partner nation engagements and track projects.
• Coordinate with MARFORPAC G5, INDOPACOM, and stakeholders for security cooperation initiatives.
• Ensure resources are requested, justified, allocated, and maintained for project completion.
• Monitor risks and recommend mitigations; ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Disseminate governance standards related to financial management to leadership.
• Review OHASIS MARFORPAC submissions for DoD governance standards.
• Contribute to MARFORPAC SC plans in support of Campaign Plan and Orders.
