Job summary

The Security Control Operator at The Landmark is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of Tiffany & Co. employees and assets, with duties covering monitoring alerts, responses, and daily security checks.

The role requires vigilance, strong report writing, and reliable transportation to support rotational shifts, weekends, and overtime. As part of Tiffany & Co., you will join a team rooted in DEIB and excellence, contributing to a secure store environment while engaging with staff

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of security experience.
• Proven experience in retail investigations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Landmark alerts, alarms and events impacting store facilities and employees.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly security checks and document steps taken.
• Provide quality customer service to employees and visitors via the Security Control Center.
• Enforce policies and complete inter-department reports accurately and timely.
• Monitor CCTV, card access and alarm systems; respond to incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on security investigations and safety protocols.
