Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1 year in customer service, a valid license, and the ability to work after hours. This role emphasizes integrity, time management, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be a certified security officer (Virginia).
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-service related field.
• Valid driver’s license without major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Integrity and reliability are essential for this role.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Report safety concerns and property issues to management.
• Enforce plaza policies and maintain the appearance of kiosks.
• Communicate with guests about rules and safety.
• Close loading dock doors and monitor fire access areas.
• Maintain records of Ban Notices and notify management as needed.
