Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in healthcare compliance or related field.
• Experience supporting and leading compliance programs, investigations, governance activities, risk management initiatives, or compliance education programs.
• Experience independently managing compliance processes and serving as a subject matter expert in one or more compliance functional areas.
• Experience developing compliance metrics, dashboards, leadership reporting, and program effectiveness assessments.
• Experience coordinating and supporting compliance committees, governance functions, and executive reporting.
• Certifications like CHC/CCEP/CHCM/CHPC preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare privacy incidents, compliance investigations, and regulatory environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major components of the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program.
• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, standards, and controls.
• Design and maintain compliance workflows, monitoring activities, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate Compliance Committee governance with agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking.
• Own annual compliance work plans and strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional compliance projects without direct authority.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and advise leadership on obligations and mitigation.
• Establish KPIs and monitor program effectiveness.
• Administer hotline and incident management systems.
• Lead investigations, documentation, corrective action planning, and follow-up.
• Develop and deliver compliance training materials and programs.
