Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to own the company’s overall compliance program, coordinating with CCO and CIO. The role translates regulatory standards into action, builds KPIs, and partners with Security and Infrastructure to mature the program.

Qualifications

Experience working with auditors through internal and external security and compliance audits.
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards to translate them into actionable plans.
Ability to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting cadences for leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead Third-Party and Internal Audits.
SOC 2 Type 2
HIPAA Attestation
Privacy Audit
Security Audits
Develop and implement the compliance program strategy.
Translate regulatory requirements into concrete actions for cross‑functional teams.
Track progress and report rollout status to leadership.
Create KPI dashboards for program maturity.
Partner with Security and IT to evolve the program.
Support incident response planning and escalation.
