Job summary

10a Labs is seeking a Compliance Manager to own and continuously improve our security and privacy compliance programs. You will lead SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001 implementations and partner closely with engineering, security, legal, HR, and leadership.

You will ensure the organization maintains a strong security and compliance posture while enabling rapid product development and customer growth, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical controls and driving audits end to end.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maturing security and privacy programs.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical controls.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, legal, HR, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own audits from scoping to reporting and remediation.
