Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Security Command Center Analyst to monitor physical and electronic security systems on a 24x7 basis at our Bellevue client site. You will respond to alerts, coordinate with law enforcement, manage access, and maintain logs and reports. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or help desk roles preferred.
• Must be a strong communicator and critical thinker.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible to cover various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitors PSIM system for alerts, alarms, and events.
• Responds to alarm events according to SOPs.
• Coordinates law enforcement response to incidents.
• Notifies internal/external stakeholders as required.
• Operates CCTV to assess events and coordinate response.
• Performs access management tasks per policy.
• Serves as central point of contact for Corporate Security.
• Fills logs, reports, and documents for SCC activities.
• Reports any broken or non-operational security equipment.
• Performs visitor check-in at designated locations.
• Assists internal and external customers with questions and reports.
• Attends trainings and meetings as required.
• Completes self-guided training to maintain knowledge.
