The ideal candidate has 2+ years in security or customer service, strong computer skills, and the ability to assess risks and communicate with stakeholders. Seattle, WA location; wage posted at $28.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service or security.
• Intermediate to advanced computer/technology skills.
• Able to interact calmly with a wide range of individuals; conduct patrols.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and monitor security risks to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security programs.
• Monitor and respond to alarms and security systems in the area.
• Respond to routine and emergency calls with clear direction during incidents.
• Escalate incidents to supervisor or leadership as needed.
• Maintain control room equipment logging and sign-out procedures.
