Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Security Client Services Manager in Louisville, KY to lead client-facing security operations and ensure top-tier service delivery. You will oversee daily security services, build strong client relationships, and drive account success through proactive communication and issue resolution.

The role requires leadership experience, the ability to interpret financial reports, and a focus on reliability and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• College degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service at facilities ensuring high standards.
• Maintain strong client and staff relationships; liaison between GardaWorld and clients.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide status updates and ensure contract compliance.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development for assigned accounts.
• Visit accounts to inspect staff, review reports, provide training, and ensure contract adherence.
