GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Washington, DC is seeking a Field Services Manager to bridge our team and clients and uphold top-tier service in contract security.

You will supervise Field Support Service staff, manage branch vehicle fleet, and coordinate staffing for events. The ideal candidate has at least three years of management experience, is authorized to work in the United States, and can travel to client sites while working with minimal supervision to deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of three years of management experience
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to various client sites
• Availability for duties on an as-needed basis outside standard working hours
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Support Service employees (Field Supervisors, Dispatchers, Schedulers)
• Manage branch vehicle fleet operations and maintenance
• Assist Client Services Managers with special events coordination and staffing
• Assist with new business start-ups
• Assist with special projects, as needed, under the direction of the Branch Manager
