Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities. We are building a Systems Engineering team to guide Digital Engineering strategy and support Mission Software Engineering and Program Management.

The role involves red-teaming designs, building models and simulations, and communicating complex results to stakeholders. The position requires active U.S.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance.
• B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or related engineering field.
• 2+ years Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
• Experience with MODSIM environments like AFSIM or JSE.
• Understanding of MODSIM environment interfaces and behaviors.
• Experience with requirements analysis and system design in a government context.
• Proficiency with writing and owning systems-level requirements.
• Strong engineering background in Aerospace or related fields.
• Experience with SysML, DoDAF, UAFP or similar.
• Experience developing MBSE artifacts – OV/SV/IBD/BDD diagrams.
• Experience with Cameo MagicDraw or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Red-team designs, models, and analyses across a program.
• Build models and simulations to prove or break a claim.
• Work as a systems engineer to support Program Management, Mission Software Engineers, and Operations Analysts.
• Communicate complex results with strong visual presentation of data to engineers, leadership, and stakeholders.
