Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to lead MBSE efforts for advanced autonomy and mission systems. You will craft model-based artifacts, interface with stakeholders and guide DoD weapon systems integration across programs.

This role emphasizes systems engineering rigor, evaluation methods, and clear communication of complex designs. Ideal candidates have extensive MBSE experience, clearance eligibility, and proficiency with Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, and SysML/DoDAF.

Qualifications

• B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering or technical field.
• 12+ years Systems Engineering Experience across the life cycle.
• Understanding of aerodynamics and propulsion for missile systems.
• Familiarity with guidance, navigation, and control systems for precision‑guided munitions.
• Experience with SysML/DoDAF and model-based artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders including internal programs and external customers.
• Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs; ensure artifacts are complete and accurate.
• Demonstrate Model Artifacts at stakeholder meetings and events.
• Contribute to Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation.
• Gain deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products.
