Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to lead model-based engineering artifacts across DoD weapon systems. You will interface with stakeholders and ensure artifacts meet contractual deliverables.

This role requires active U.S. security clearances and deep experience with SysML, DoDAF, and digital engineering workflows; you will help craft system viewpoints and ensure rigorous validation.

Qualifications

• BS in an engineering or technical field; 8+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Understanding of aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance, navigation and control systems.
• Experience with model-based system engineering artifacts and diagrams.
• Familiarity with DoD weapon systems; security clearances required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal programs and external customers; gather requirements.
• Develop artifacts based on stakeholder needs; ensure deliverables are complete and accurate.
• Contribute to digital engineering strategy and implementation.
• Maintain artifacts showing autonomous platforms, simulation and perception products.
• Support validation through stakeholder meetings and demonstrations.
