Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a mission of advancing defense autonomy. You will build models and simulations, perform requirements-based testing, and coordinate with Mission Software, Program Management, and Operations teams to guide development and deployment of advanced autonomy systems.

The role demands strong communication skills, experience with SysML/DoDAF/UAFP, and familiarity with model-based system engineering artifacts across complex defense platforms.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance is required.
• B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering or technical field.
• 2+ years Systems Engineering experience across the life cycle.
• Experience with MODSIM environments like AFSIM or JSE.

Responsibilities

• Red-team designs, models, and analyses across a program.
• Build models and simulations to prove or break a claim.
• Support Program Management, Mission Software Engineers, and Operations Analysts.
• Communicate complex results with strong visual presentation to engineers, leadership, and stakeholders.
