Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-15 years of Systems Engineering experience in an Aerospace/Defense setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical focus preferred).
• Model-Based Systems Engineering experience; MBSE).Exposure to a heavy deliverable-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Support technical reviews and requirements traceability.
• Lead risk management and trade studies.
• Develop system specifications and engineering documentation.
• Allocate requirements across hardware, software, RF and mission system components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and program leadership.
