Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience or Master’s with 2+ years experience.
Active DoD TS/SCI with polygraph or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Windows Server administration expertise.
IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification (Security+ CE) or equivalent within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within prescribed timelines.
Track change requests and trouble tickets in ServiceNow or Remedy AR.
Maintain configuration management and lifecycle documentation for Mission IT assets.
Evaluate system needs and provide recommendations for software updates and hardware replacements.
Support desktop system updates, accreditation compliance, and security authorizations.
Assist with risk management frameworks and compliance with ODNI, DIA, DoD, DISA, Navy, NIA, and ONI policies.
