Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Administrator to join the ONI mission in Suitland, MD. You will provide cybersecurity and IT support for specialized intelligence systems used in parametric modeling and analysis.

The role involves cloud administration, security accreditation, and coordination with multiple DoD/IC policy frameworks. You will work in a highly technical environment with lab equipment, data loading, and secure IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable systems and timely issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Active IAT Level II DoD 8570 Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+ CE) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Windows System Administration experience.
• Expert knowledge of server installation, configuration, and security.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows hardware, software, and network components.
• Experience with C&A, DIACAP, RMF, ICD 503, and/or NIST Framework.
• Experience coordinating with technology teams to support services and apps.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Administration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within prescribed timelines.
• Track change requests and tickets in ServiceNow or Remedy AR.
• Maintain configuration management and lifecycle docs for Mission IT assets.
• Evaluate system needs and recommend software/hardware updates.
• Support desktop updates, accreditation compliance, and security authorizations.
• Assist with risk management and compliance with DoD/IC policies.
