Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support SATCOM activities and enterprise-wide systems engineering. This onsite role in Guam requires 24/7 operations and a rotating day/night shift based on team needs.

Qualifications include a STEM bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of engineering experience, SATCOM/IT/RF familiarity, and a TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. Relocation is not offered; salary ranges are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• 2+ years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SATCOM, IT systems and/or RF test equipment.
• Experience assigning tasks to meet technical objectives.
• Experience in time-critical problem solving.
• Experience presenting to others.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of complex software and hardware systems.
• Report and document anomalous performance; coordinate corrective actions.
• Crosstrain in other areas and train contract team personnel.
• Support test and/or operational activities as necessary.
• Work in elevated heights; lift 50 lbs. safely.
