Arlo Solutions LLC is seeking a Security Task Lead (STL) to provide leadership and oversight for contractor support to the DC3 Security Directorate. The STL will ensure compliant execution of personnel security processing, physical security, SCIF operations, and security program reviews, coordinating with government stakeholders without performing inherently governmental functions.

Location: Onsite - Linthicum Heights, MD. Clearance: Active TS/SCI.

Competenze

• TS/SCI clearance
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
• Three (3) years of experience managing a security program of similar size/complexity

Mansioni

• Direct and oversee contractor execution of Security tasks, assigning work, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with government procedures.
• Establish and maintain SOPs/work instructions aligned to PMP and security deliverable requirements.
• Manage contractor support for clearance lifecycle activities (SF-86, NBIS, audits)
• Ensure security training/awareness is executed, tracked and reported as required.
• Oversee access control, system audits, and monthly audit log delivery; monitor incident reporting timelines and SCIF operations.
