Job summary

Arlo Solutions seeks a Security Task Lead to oversee contractor support for DC3 Security Directorate tasking, ensuring compliant security processing, physical security, SCIF operations, and program reviews. The STL directs day-to-day security operations onsite in Linthicum Heights, MD, and collaborates with Government stakeholders to maintain secure, compliant programs.

Onsite role requiring leadership of security staffing, SOP development, and timely, quality deliverables within a DoD

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance eligible.
• SFPC or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3 years’ experience managing security programs of similar size and complexity in the last ten years.

Responsibilities

• Lead security task execution and ensure compliance with Government procedures and schedules.
• Oversee personnel security processing, including clearance lifecycle support and training tracking.
• Manage physical security inspections, access control oversight, and audit log delivery to Government POCs.
• Coordinate incident reporting, corrective actions, and resubmissions as required by the PWS.
• Plan and conduct Security Vulnerability Assessments and ensure on-time deliverables.
