Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a mid-level Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst to support NGA within the IMUA GEOINT Ground program. You will develop acquisition docs, participate in meetings, and coordinate with technical, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely, well-defined, funded actions. This is an on-site role in St. Louis, MO.

You will contribute to Independent Government Cost Estimates, IGCE analyses, and program reviews, helping ensure compliant, competitive acquisitions across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience across the full lifecycle of DoW/IC acquisitions.
• Proven ability to develop SOWs, PWSs and related docs.
• Experience monitoring cost, risk, schedule and performance.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility; polygraph readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWSs, market research, JAs).
• Prepare IGCE estimates using historical data and analyses.
• Attend program meetings to capture acquisition impacts.
• Coordinate with ISPs, engineering, and finance for funded actions.
• Review transition plans and status reports for the PM.
