Responsibilities

• Lead the MCAD drafting team (≈12 drafters) and manage day-to-day workload.
• Partner with program teams to ensure technical quality and on-time delivery.
• Perform performance reviews and provide coaching to staff.
• Forecast workload and develop staffing plans for current and future demand.
• Coordinate work with external partners and suppliers.
• Drive process improvements and roadmap development for the drafting function.
