Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience, OR Master's with 6 years, OR Ph.D. with 4 years.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must have a current/active DoD Secret clearance; Secret clearance required to start.
• Must be able to obtain SAP access prior to start.
• 4 years of experience as a Software Engineering/Development Team Leader.
• 3 years identifying risks, mitigating, tracking defects, and reporting status.
• Experience with software Integration and Test.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of design, development, and integration of software components.
• Engage with business leaders and customers to drive business execution.
• Identify and address impediments to goals; remove impediments where appropriate.
• Drive continuous improvement; derive insights from data.
• Generate proposal and estimates inputs for new work.
• Lead the team applying agile standards, processes, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with iSDP and ADP.
• Coordinate with Systems and Hardware when needed.
• Demonstrate strong communication and people leadership.
• Set, track, and measure employee performance expectations.
• Guide career development of employees.
• Provide technical and business coaching and mentoring.
• Communicate direction from higher organization and uphold its principles.
