The role offers frontline IT troubleshooting, ticket management, and customer relations coordination to improve service delivery within the command. The ideal candidate holds an active Secret clearance (US citizenship required) and DoD 8570 IAT-II certification or Security+ as equivalent.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience or a high school diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance and US citizenship.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office remotely.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II or Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support to end users across hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Install, repair, and maintain workstations and related software/hardware.
• Diagnose incidents, manage tickets, and route requests per SOPs and SLAs.
• On-site support during normal hours and weekends to meet readiness requirements.
• Document and upgrade hardware/software, manage user accounts and security groups.
• Promote QA/Controls and process improvements across the enterprise.
