Qualifications

• 3-5 years of general IT / IS experience required.
• Current DoD approved security certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Address customer requirements by troubleshooting and installing software and hardware.

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10

Understanding of physical computer components

Knowledge of database procedures

Execution of disaster recovery plans
