Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC seeks a Development Systems Engineer (Journeyman) for the Tactical Combat Training System Increment II (TCTS II) to support PMA-205 at Patuxent River NAS, Lexington Park, MD. The role focuses on design analysis, requirements management, and risk-driven engineering for secure, live-virtual-constructive training systems.

The candidate should have a Technical or Scientific BS/BA, 3+ years of relevant experience, and US citizenship with an active TS clearance or SCI eligibility

Qualifications

• Requires a Technical or Scientific BS/BA from an accredited college or university.
• At least three years of recent and relevant experience in a related engineering role.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility is a plus.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• TCTS II design analysis and requirements management.
• TCTS II capabilities upgrade planning and engineering development of complex systems.
• Employ systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems.
• Plan and oversee Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) events.
• Manage Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development and processing.
• Perform risk management activities, assess and track risk mitigations.
• Perform programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing, and testing practical solutions to engineering problems.
