Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer – Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Training Systems to support the TCTS II / ATLaS program at Patuxent River NAS in Lexington Park, MD.

This is a full man-year position (1,920 hours) with hybrid work and on-site as required. Qualifications

• MS/MA in technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university.
• BS/BA plus 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for an MS/MA.
• At least 10 years in an engineering role, with 3 years in DoD systems.
• Demonstrated engineering expertise in a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communications and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Active TS clearance; TS/SCI eligibility is a plus; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic or technical efforts, designing and testing engineering solutions.
• Apply systems engineering methods to develop advanced, complex systems.
• Assist with the LVC architecture.
• Address questions on LVC elements (aircraft, simulations, synthetic threats).
• Establish configuration-control processes for interfaces between the TCTSII ground system and models/constructive software.
• Establish configuration-control processes for interfaces between the TCTSII system and the aircraft.
• Plan PMA-205 portions of the LVC CRD and guide the engineering development of modern complex systems.
