RTX BBN is seeking a Contracts Manager in a hybrid role based in Rosslyn, VA, to support a diverse portfolio with Government customers and commercial clients. The candidate will navigate FAR/DFARS, OTA agreements, and compliance while partnering with program managers, finance, and legal.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence contract strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging directly with customers.
• Experience with US Government procurement and/or Other Transaction contracts.
• Experience applying FAR/DFARS and related US Government regulations.

Responsabilités

• Advise and/or represent the organization on contract matters; act as liaison between internal and external customers.
• Review and interpret, negotiate, manage Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, OTAs, NDAs, ACAs and Direct Commercial Sale Agreements.
• Review, interpret, summarize, redline, draft complex terms and conditions and other contract documents.
