Union Guard Security in Newport Beach is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You will meet with prospects booked by our appointment-setting team, build relationships with decision-makers and turn those meetings into signed contracts.

You will travel across Southern California for client meetings, negotiate terms and close new security contracts. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus, and you can earn uncapped commissions with performance

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, ideally B2B or security services.
• Confident communicator, both in person and in writing.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong closer who builds trust and follows through.

Responsabilidades

• Find new clients through prospecting, research and networking.
• Learn each prospect's security needs and recommend the right coverage.
• Give in-person and virtual presentations on our services.
• Run sales meetings booked by our appointment setters.
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads quickly.
• Build and send proposals, quotes and bid/RFP responses.
• Negotiate terms and close new security contracts.
• Track every lead and activity in our CRM.
• Attend networking events, chamber meetings and trade shows.
• Work closely with leadership on sales goals and strategy.
