Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a compliance professional to join the Global Compliance and Certification (GCC) team. You will partner with engineering, security, and external auditors to maintain Salesforce's cloud compliance posture, translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable controls, and driving risk mitigation at scale.

You will gain experience across cloud security frameworks, audit execution, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting audits and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT audit or internal controls experience in complex environments.
• Experience with cloud and SaaS platforms and regulatory standards across geographies.
• Ability to translate regulatory mandates into actionable controls for engineering and audit teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cloud compliance SME, supporting internal and external audits.
• Translate complex frameworks into clear deliverables and leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering to drive remediation and risk reduction.
• Develop process playbooks and automate evidence collection where possible.
• Lead audit activities with external assessors and cross-functional partners.
