You will serve as a trusted security advisor to business and IT leadership, ensuring secure, cost-effective infrastructure and applications.

The role requires leading security architecture initiatives, mentoring staff, and advising on secure design across divisions.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in an Information Technology Security Role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or relevant field; six additional years of experience if no degree.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to balance stakeholder interests through analysis and persuasion.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, inside and outside the Organization.
• Experience with multiple security components and enterprise security controls listed in the job posting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architecture principles and standards aligned to the organization’s strategy.
• Drive security standards adoption across development and infrastructure teams.
• Create functional and technical security requirements through the project lifecycle.
• Lead risk management across enterprise processes and projects including DR/BC planning.
• Provide security consultation and recommendations for projects and initiatives.
• Mentor staff and foster a security culture within the division.
