Job summary

NetBox Labs, Inc. is hiring a hands-on Security Architect to design and ship secure AI-powered systems across our products, cloud, and internal platforms. You will automate security into the SDLC, establish guardrails, and work with teams to deploy secure workflows and patterns that scale as the company grows.

You’ll report to the Director of Security & IT and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to turn security into a scalable, production-ready foundation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years across security architecture, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT.
• Architecture decisions that scale with growing companies.
• Recent experience shipping product/platform/internal tools used by others.
• Ability to work with AI agents as the primary engineering tool and review agent output.
• Experience shipping production-grade security for SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Deep AWS multi-account, identity, network security, and IaC expertise.
• Zero Trust, SSO, identity provisioning, device management, and privileged access.
• Security depth: threat modeling, secure design review, supply-chain security, and SDLC automation.
• Delivery-first mindset; treat everything as code and build reusable platform patterns.
• Ability to align security work with product and business outcomes.
• Comfort collaborating with sales, customer success, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Make secure AI adoption the easy path across the company.
• Automate security into the SDLC and PDLC, including threat modeling and code scanning.
• Automate product and cloud security reviews to keep pace with delivery.
• Automate vulnerability intake, routing, and SLA escalation.
• Build access automation as code and just-in-time elevation for privileged access.
• Set guardrails for multi-account AWS identity, network, and data.
• Own end-to-end services: CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, runbooks, and incident response.
